The newborn stage is incredibly fleeting - gone in what feels like the blink of an eye. That soft downy hair, tiny curled toes, delicate lashes, and those perfect little lips… These are the details you’ll want to remember forever.

My goal is to preserve those precious moments for you - beautifully and authentically.

At my studio, you can sit back and relax while I gently guide your baby into safe, comfortable poses that highlight their tiny, perfect features. Whether you're enjoying a cup of tea or simply soaking in the moment, you can feel at ease knowing your baby is in safe, caring hands.

WHEN TO BOOK

Newborn sessions are ideally scheduled between 4 and 21 days old. During this time, babies are typically sleepier and still enjoy being in those naturally curled-up positions they were used to in the womb - which helps create those dreamy, peaceful portraits.

That said, if your baby is already here or a little older, don’t worry. I tailor each session to your baby’s needs. We can use gentle wrapping techniques (which most babies love!) or focus on capturing natural, awake moments that are just as beautiful.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session is baby-led, meaning we take our time and follow your baby's cues to ensure a calm and relaxed environment. My style is soft, natural and timeless- with an emphasis on capturing connection and detail.

You’ll receive a carefully curated gallery of images that truly reflect the love and beauty of your baby’s earliest days - photographs you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

If you’d like to book a newborn session, simply get in touch via email or social media - I’d love to hear from you!

To secure your booking, a £50 non-refundable booking fee is required. This covers the admin and preparation for your session and will be deducted from your chosen package. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session date. ​

 

WHEN DO WE SCHEDULE THE SESSION?

Since babies rarely arrive on schedule, we won’t book a fixed date right away. Instead, I’ll pencil in your estimated due date and keep that month flexible. Once your baby has arrived, you’ll just need to let me know as soon as possible - ideally within a day or two - and we’ll arrange a session date within the ideal window (typically when baby is between 4 and 21 days old).

 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

To ensure I can accommodate changes in arrival dates and give each family the time and care they deserve, I only take on a limited number of newborn bookings per month. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure your spot. Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you everything you need to prepare for your session — including a helpful guide on what to expect, what to bring, and how to get the most out of your time in the studio.
